Set on the edge of the Ionian Sea, our yoga holiday blends structured practice with genuine downtime. It’s active but not exhausting, restorative without feeling slow – a week designed to help you reset properly, guided by our yoga guru Nel.
Lixouri Bay Beach Club | 11th – 16th June
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
Morning: Move, Fuel, Explore
We start with morning yoga overlooking the bay. Expect a steady, well-rounded flow — mobility, strength, balance and breathwork woven together to wake the body up and build resilience. Sessions are accessible but progressive, with options to challenge yourself if you’d like to.
Breakfast follows: fresh fruit, local yoghurt, eggs, breads, good coffee and Mediterranean flavours. Simple, nourishing food that supports the morning’s movement.
After breakfast, the schedule opens up. Walk along the coastline, head into Lixouri for coffee, take a wild swim in clear water, or borrow a bike and explore. Nothing compulsory – just space.

Mid Morning: Breath & Full-Body Activation
Later in the morning we focus on energising breathwork and functional movement. These sessions are practical and effective — designed to improve lung capacity, regulate the nervous system and activate the whole body.
You’ll feel switched on rather than worn out.

Midday: Lunch & Barefoot Time
Lunch is fresh and vibrant – seasonal salads, local produce, balanced plates that leave you satisfied but light.
Afterwards, you might join a barefoot beach walk or an optional workshop. Topics vary – mobility, recovery, mindset tools, or techniques you can take home and build into daily life. Useful, grounded and relaxed.

Afternoon: Sea & Play
Afternoons are for the water. Paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming – or simply stretching out by the bay with a book. The beach club setting means everything is right on your doorstep.

Early Evening: Slow Down
As the temperature cools, we return to the mat for a slower session. Expect deeper stretches, longer holds and a guided body scan meditation to unwind properly.
This is where the shift happens – from active day to calm evening.

Evening: Eat, Connect, Reset
Dinner is shared and unhurried.
We close with meditation and a sound bath — grounding, restorative and an effective way to prepare for deep sleep.

Who It’s For
This retreat is suitable for all levels. You don’t need to be advanced – just open to moving, breathing and spending time by the sea. There’s enough structure to feel supported, and enough freedom to make the week your own.
