Yoga Holiday in Kefalonia

11th – 16th June | £660 per person

Imagine starting your day with gentle waves lapping the shore, warm sunshine on your skin and a morning yoga practice overlooking the Ionian Sea. Our Yoga Holiday in Kefalonia offers exactly that – an inspiring escape led by our much-loved yoga teacher Nel, who brings warmth, expertise and a personalised approach to every session.

Designed for all experience levels, this yoga retreat focuses on improving your confidence, deepening your understanding of yoga and helping you build a practice you can continue long after your holiday. Days flow naturally from energising yoga and breathwork to relaxed coastal walks, coffee stops and the chance to enjoy wild swimming or a gentle bike ride. Meals are fresh, seasonal and served at our charming, family run beachfront hotel, where comfort and authenticity set the tone for a truly restorative stay.

There’s also plenty of time for adventure. When you’re not on the mat, you can dive into a range of complimentary watersports – from paddleboarding and kayaking to sailing and windsurfing. Evenings wind down with restorative yoga, meditation or sound baths, easing you into a deep sense of calm.

A typical day might begin with yoga by the sea, followed by breakfast and a coastal wander to a local café. Mid morning brings breathwork or full body activation before a relaxed lunch and barefoot workshop. Afternoons are your chance to get out on the water, while evenings offer another yoga session before a wholesome dinner and soothing meditation.

Walking Week in Kefalonia

17th – 24th September

Our Walking Week is perfect for individuals, friends and couples seeking a sociable, active holiday surrounded by some of the most dramatic scenery in the Ionian Islands. This relaxed yet rewarding week combines varied guided walks with plenty of downtime to explore, swim or simply unwind.

Group sizes are small – usually between 8 and 12 people – helping everyone get to know one another while keeping the walks peaceful and environmentally sensitive. Most days involve four to six hours of walking, with stops for lunch, photos and swims in secluded bays. The terrain is diverse, from rugged coastlines and mountain trails to traditional villages filled with colourful flowers and centuries old homes. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended, but the pace is always comfortable and enjoyable.

You’ll stay at the welcoming Lixouri Bay Beach Club, where the week begins with a drink by the pool and an introductory briefing with our experienced local guides, George and Joanna. Each day brings a new adventure: retracing the mythical footsteps of Odysseus around Atheras, descending ancient mule paths into the postcard-perfect harbour of Assos, wandering through untouched villages in the Paliki peninsula, or exploring the dramatic fir covered slopes of Mount Aenos, Kefalonia’s national park.

There’s also a free day mid week to rest, explore Argostoli, visit nearby beaches or simply enjoy the pool. Later walks include scenic coastal trails around Sami, with time to explore the ancient city of Same and, if time allows, a visit to the impressive Drogati Caves.

Breakfast is served daily, with four relaxed group dinners throughout the week and packed lunches provided on walking days. Transport to and from each walking route is included, leaving you free to soak up the scenery and enjoy the journey.
