Sailing is the activity holiday Greece is best known for, and the Ionian, off the west coast, is the most forgiving place to do it: short hops, sheltered bays and a gentle breeze. Whether you already sail or want to learn, there is a week for you.
How can you sail in Greece?
Three ways. A flotilla lets you skipper your own yacht in a supported group with a lead crew. A learn-to-sail week puts a skipper on your own yacht to teach you from scratch. A bareboat charter is your own yacht to sail independently. All run as 7-night weeks from Kefalonia, May to October.
Do you need experience?
Not for everything. Learn-to-sail and solo weeks need no experience and offer an optional ICC qualification; flotillas suit qualified or experienced sailors; bareboat charter is for qualified skippers. We are an RYA-recognised operator.
