One of the best beach holidays I have had for many years. My son and I have a regular annual sailing holiday and this was superb. The place is extremely well managed by Hugo and Local Greek family and it really does feel like you are staying with friends, highly recommended

Ski holidays in France.
Three resorts, three characters.
Our ski programme runs out of three French resorts: Val Thorens at the head of the Three Valleys for snow-sure high-altitude skiing, Meribel for the classic Three Valleys village experience, and Vaujany for a quieter alpine community on the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine. All three sites are catered or half-board, all three are family-friendly, and all three run lift-door or near-lift-door accommodation so the morning routine is simple.
We have been sending guests skiing in France since 2001. The booking team knows each property personally, knows which week suits Christmas-with-grandchildren versus a week of strong skiing for couples, and knows which transfer time pattern beats which other on Saturdays.
Pick your week.
Catered chalets and half-board hotels across Val Thorens, Meribel and Vaujany. Most weeks run December through April; early-bird offers open in May for the following winter.

Three resorts, three characters. Pick by snow record, lift-door access, and the kind of week you want at the end of each day.
MeribelMeribelThree Valleys
Meribel is the central valley of the Three Valleys, with the most balanced ski terrain (everything from beginner blues to long off-piste itineraries) and the most village-feel of the three resorts. Hotel Le Mottaret is our half-board base in the upper village of Meribel-Mottaret, walking distance to the Plattieres lift system. Quieter than the main Meribel village but with the full ski domain on the doorstep.
Val ThorensVal ThorensThree Valleys
Val Thorens is the highest resort in the Three Valleys at 2,300m, the highest snow-sure base in the Alps. The skiing connects the full Three Valleys (600km of pistes), including the link across to Meribel and Courchevel. Hotel Le Sherpa is our base in the resort: half-board, ski-in/ski-out, and walking distance to the Caron telecabine that climbs to the top of the connection. Best for guests who want serious snow-sureness through January and February and the option of a long pistes day.
VaujanyVaujanyFrench Alps
Vaujany is on the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine but lives a separate village life from the main resort across the ridge. Catered Chalet Sika is the BeyondBeach base: 14 beds, full host service, evening meal cooked by the chalet team, walking distance to the cable-car bottom station. Best for families and friend groups who want the catered chalet format on a quieter mountain than Val Thorens or Meribel.
Lift-door, host-cooked.
Plain-English pricing, ATOL protection, the same booking team for every enquiry. Phone 01548 288459 Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
All three sites are walking distance to the main lift system. The catered chalet (Vaujany) runs the classic chalet format: cooked breakfast, afternoon tea, and a three-course dinner with wine, six nights of seven, with one chalet day off where the team takes the night and you eat in the village. The half-board hotels (Val Thorens and Meribel) run a fixed dinner service with a buffet starter, chef-cooked main and a dessert; breakfast is buffet.
Lift passes are not included in the headline price. They are bookable alongside the holiday and the team will quote the right pass for the resort and your party (Three Valleys vs Val Thorens vs Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine). Equipment hire (skis, boots, helmets) is also bookable alongside; the chalet team or hotel reception books guests in with the local hire shops on the morning of arrival.
Flights run to Geneva (90 minutes to Vaujany, 2:30 to Meribel/Val Thorens), Lyon (similar) or Grenoble (closest to Vaujany). Transfers are bookable alongside the holiday; Saturday transfers run on a fixed schedule and Sundays through Fridays are private taxi.

Or, go a different way.
Four programmes, one team. If a ski week is not what you are after, here is where the other three live. Beach clubs in Greece and Portugal, sailing in the Ionian, summer mountain weeks in Vaujany.

Beach Club Holidays
All-inclusive beach clubs with watersports, yoga and BlitzFitness included. Based on the sheltered bays of the Ionian, Aegean and Portuguese Atlantic.

Sailing Holidays
Flotillas, yacht charter and tuition weeks across the Ionian and Saronic. From absolute beginners to skippered crews sailing their own boat.

Mountain Holidays
Alpine family clubs, guided walking, mountain biking and climbing across the French Alps. Summer programmes running June to September.
Real people. Real holidays.
Just returned from another learn to sail, excellent tuition from Shirley ,used this company for many years now and always a good experience. Hope to return next year for yacht delivery and a flotilla.
Wonderful holiday in a beautiful location.Friendly, competent staff, many activities on offer, very good safety support for all water sports. Would love to see Optimists introduced for younger children learning to sail!
Depends on what you want. For snow-sure altitude through January and February and the largest pistes domain, Val Thorens. For the most balanced terrain across beginner, intermediate and expert, Meribel. For a quieter village and the catered chalet format, Vaujany. The team can match the resort to your party in five minutes on the phone.
No. Both are bookable alongside the holiday. We quote them in pounds with the rest of the holiday so you see the total, but they sit outside the headline price because the right Three Valleys pass for a strong skier is different to the right Vaujany pass for a beginner.
Sometimes. The catered chalet runs Saturday-to-Saturday. The hotels (Le Sherpa, Le Mottaret) can sometimes accommodate Sunday-to-Friday or four-night midweek breaks, especially in early December and late April. Phone the team and they will check.
All three resorts have ESF and Evolution 2 ski schools. The team books guests in with the school on enquiry; group lessons run morning and afternoon for kids 4 and up, with a creche service for under-fours in Val Thorens and Meribel. Lessons are billed separately at school rates.
The strongest early-bird offers are usually the catered chalet for school holiday weeks (Christmas, half-term, Easter) and the Val Thorens hotel for January and February. They open in May for the following winter and the school weeks are typically gone by August. Late availability lands rolling from about ten weeks before the holiday start.
Pick up the phone. We've been there.
Every person in our South Devon office has stayed at the holiday you're looking at. Ask anything: which week is best, what to pack, which flight saves you a connection.
No call centres, no scripts, no upsell. Just honest advice from people who genuinely run these holidays.
